Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our booking system or by contacting us directly. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled appointment time.

  • Providing access to water and electricity if required for the service.

6. Payments

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting us in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Antz Details is not responsible for any pre-existing damage, including scratches, dents, paint defects, loose trim, worn materials, or mechanical issues that existed before the service began. Any existing damage identified before the service may be documented.
